Development Workshop is, first and foremost, a community rehabilitation program, providing vocational training, paid employment, placement services, and daily living skills training to individuals with disabilities. More than three quarters of our workforce is made up of individuals striving for greater independence. We regularly place in excess of 150 individuals into competitive, community based employment per year, and provide services to 600 individuals annually.
